Demonstration outside Labour Party Conference in Brighton
A coachload of protestors from Bradford joined around 7000 people attending the demonstration outside the labour Party conference in Brighton on 30 September. Although the demonstration had been called to protest against privatisation there was a lot of anti-war sentiment evident. The chanting and the placards on the demonstration made the it clear that we were disgusted with a govenment that was willing to cut millions of pounds from the health and education in this country whilst spending millions dropping bombs on another one.
